1. Sometimes the layout will have multiple patterns arranged horizontally. In this case, there may be a problem of different colors of the patterns on the left and right ends of the printing plate. Especially during electronic engraving in the plate making process, there may be some changes in dot size from left to right, so the printing effect on the left and right ends of the plate cylinder may vary during the printing process.
2. If there is a significant change in the room temperature of the printing workshop, the ink flow rate will also change due to temperature changes. Therefore, most color box packaging in production workshops typically requires temperature control at around 23 degrees Celsius. Then in winter, when printing and using ink, it is necessary to preheat it in advance to ensure that the fluidity of the ink can be increased during the printing process.
3. If the dot is blocked, it will cause a decrease in ink transfer, so the color of the printed part will be different from the design. When blockage occurs, solvents or special cleaning agents must be used to clean the printing plate.
4. The wind blowing under printing conditions can also cause changes in printing speed and drying speed, which may lead to certain color changes in the printed material.
