Construction

Single-Wall

Four sheets of linerboard and three fluted fiberboard. This option can handle up to 300 pounds but is less flexible.
AC Corrugated

The main process of producing corrugated box

Producing Corrugated Board
Large rolls of paper are processed in a single-facer to create the corrugated structure.
The process involves heating the paper to about 338°F (170°C) with steam. Adhesive is then applied to the top of the corrugations to bond the corrugated paper to the backing paper. Rollers are then used to flatten the combined layers, creating a single-faced roll.

After the single-facer leaves the single-facer, it goes to a double glue unit and double backing.

After the corrugated board passes through the double backing machine, it goes through a dryer, is scored, and then cut to size.

Corrugated boards of different sizes are collected and prepared for the box printing and manufacturing process.
Depending on the box specifications, various logos, designs, and colors are printed on the board.

Final Forming of Corrugated Boxes
The scored, printed, and cut corrugated board passes through a trimming machine to create flaps and handles.
After trimming, the box goes to a folding machine, which folds the box along the score lines and applies adhesive to the parts that need to be sealed to complete the box assembly.

Finished boxes go through inspection processes to ensure they meet quality standards, including strength and appearance.
